Your laptop is an enemy of good night sleep!

If you’re one of those who complain about not having a good night sleep, you may not be aware that not only the TV can be responsible, but your laptop, your phones and other electronic gadgets can prevent you from getting the sleep you need.

If it’s not the TV or the phones, then you need to change your laptop habits. Make sure that your laptop is off by the time you get into bed. Make no effort to switch it on even to do ‘brief’ tasks as that can lead to several hours of work.

If your laptop is connected online, you may surf endlessly. If the laptop is not but is a gaming laptop, then you must realize that you have extra trouble on your hands.

Whatever you do, when it’s time to sleep, get rid of those electronic gadgets, especially your laptop!
