What to do when your laptop dosn't turn on at all






There are times that you plug the AC adapter into your laptop and there are no lights. You push the power button, nothing happens. The laptop is dead, makes no sound and no indications of life.

Your laptop may have AC adapter failure and the battery refuse to charge. Test the adapter with a voltmeter. If it's dad, buy another one.

Also if DC jack failed, the motherboard may not receive any power from the adapter. Replace the DC jack. If the motherboard failed, you have to buy a new one. If it's too expensive, you may have to buy another one.
