6). This command will create a copy of the PST file. But, the command will be changed file extension like “new filename.psx”.
7). Then, you need to change the file extension. Use following command:
“path of pst19upg.exe – I filename.exe.
8). These commands remove password from PST password protected file.
9). Run scanpst.exe command to repair the newly created PST file.
Disadvantages of PST19Upg.EXE tool-
1). PST19Upg.EXE does not support all versions of Outlook.
2). PST19UPG.EXE does not support Unicode.
3). The tool cannot remove password all the time.

1). Does not work with all versions of windows.
2). Not supported UNICODE format.
